Scholastic Art Awards 2016 – New Hampshire
Kim was honored to be Juror at the New Hampshire, USA Scholastic Art Competition this past January – February. There were 2200 submissions to the New Hampshire competition this year. The artwork is divided by grade level and then into 16 categories. About 40% of the artwork submitted received awards such as bronze, silver and gold keys, and American Visions.

Without his knowing, some of Kim’s former students had entered the competition and won awards.

Love the updates!!! I look around and see him inspiring me in all the paintings I have kept and not given away! My mom went home to be with the Lord last year and we just cleared out the house and I now have a painting I did for her of a vase full of purple lilacs on a porch table and Kim inspired me to paint a larger pallet, and I did. Now it is hanging in my home. Just love it! Praying for you and your family!
