Kim promoted his students work by encouraging them to exhibit in annual shows at E. W. Poore and Kimbal Jenkins School of Art, as well as local shows in libraries, City Hall and outdoor fairs. He also entered his own work in faculty shows at the above venues, and combined student/faculty shows.
He participated as a Juror at the Scholastic Art Awards, NH, and was overjoyed when he found his own students work there. Kim was very social, an entertaining teacher, and well loved by all his students young and old.
